On the whole I despise cop TV shows as pro-police-state propaganda from class enemy media outlets. One exception was 'The Shield', which accurately portrayed the LAPD as just another violent, corrupt, street gang, albeit especially well tooled up and state funded – as does this fine cautionary illustration.
